Description
Activated Dimethicone 40 MG + Dicyclomine HCL 10 MG
This is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
Side Effects
Dicyclomine oral tablet may cause drowsiness. You shouldn’t do anything that requires you to be mentally alert, such as driving or operating machinery, until you know how this drug affects you. This drug may also cause other side effects.
The more common side effects of dicyclomine can include:
- dry mouth
- dizziness
- blurry vision
- nausea
- sleepiness
